Please clear your cache and cookies, then log in on a fresh window. If the Sure Signal is still showing as already registered but you're struggling to use it, take a look at our Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread. You can then post back your results if you’re not directed to an existing thread.

Still the same problem.
Tried on the latest versions of Chrome and Firefox.
Please provide a solution.
