My Sure Signal is no longer appearing under Manage Services - when I try to re-register it, I get an error 505. One of our phones still connects to it, but obviously I can add any others, serial number is 43160512323

I must admit that finding the Sure Signal dashboard isn't in the most logical place, but here is a walk through ......
After obtaining the 6 digit security code and entering it, you should have the 'Account Summary' page. At the bottom of the 'Account Summary' panel, opposite your telephone number, click the 'See usage details' tab.
This will take you to a list of options, click the 'Manage services' tab, this should display another list of options which includes the 'Sure Signal' option where you will find the Sure Signal dashboard for all the Sure signal user settings.
If that doesn't work , the best option would be to contact live help

Thanks. That was a route to the dashboard I'd not tried, but still not sign of the SureSignal. Will try livehelp.

Not as yet, tried Live chat with tech support who said the problem was the SureSignal was associated with my original number before I ported by number from 3 to Vodafone. They then said things had been switched to my current number, but Suresignal still not showing under Manage Services!
