I have recently switched from BT to Zen Internet on my FTTP line. Since the switch my Sure Signal box has stopped working. Is this an IP Whitelist issue as resetting the box has not fixed it?

Thanks for confirming those details for us @tigersash.
Your Sure Signal will need to be set up for port-forwarding. Please see here for more information on this.
If you need any further assistance, your Internet Service Provider (ISP) will be able to help with this.
Please let us know if you need any further help after speaking with your ISP :smileyhappy:

Thanks for this, I will try this now. However I am still using my old router (Apple Airport Extreme), with which SureSignal worked fine before the switch from BT to Zen. So I doubt that opening the ports will change anything.
