Sure Signal not working since changed to iPhone 5s

Hi there

 

My Sure Signal is working, but it won't pick up my phone since I changed to my new iPhone 5s.  My partner has also upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S5 and it won't pick up his either.  All very frustrating!!

 

I've tried everything people suggest on here - changing user, resetting, etc etc, but to no avail.

 

I am also the 'owner' of the Sure Signal.

 

Is it possible for it to be reset please?  The serial number is 21230521417.

 

If someone could help that would be great, as neither of us can currently make or receive calls at home, which is very inconvenient as we both work from home for most of the time!

Hi wozzlebear24,

When you get a new SIM, a re-sync is normally needed to enable to service. De-registering your Sure Signal and registering it again via My Vodafone will usually do the trick. 

I've done a resync from this end for you, so please reset your router then your Sure Signal to complete. To reset, please:

  • Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports.
  • Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds.
  • Once the lights come back on, release the button.


The Sure Signal will come online in around 1 hour. :Smiling:
