we have just installed a new Sure Signal.
It works with the first phone on the account (iphone 5), but not the other, and not with a third (vodafone) phone.
I de-registered and registered with the second number. This time, that one worked (iphone 6) but none of the others do.
So I know that there is a full 3G signal from SureSignal. I know that both phones can pick up the signal, because they both have individually.
But it is not allowing more than 1 phone to see the signal.
Is this a fault with the SureSignal?
The lights are on as they should be. We are on BT Infinity.
