May I ask what model you have and how old it is ?

ie Sure Signal 1,2,3

Have you worked your way through all the troubleshooting tips in the link on the eforum.

Had several v3 sure signals in last 3 years (4 replaced as faulty)

This particular box was delivered in October 2015 and had been OK for at least 2 weeks, which I class as reliable for a sure signal.....

I'm far too familiar with the troubleshooting process and lousy customer phone support...

Sorry to hear you've not had much luck with your sure signals. 

At least yours is still in warranty. 

Have you looked into Calling Over Wifi ?

(Dependant on eligible tariffs and allowed compatible handsets. )
