Hi, sure signal just stopped working today around 12pm, been working for months and months, all lights are on, 2 white lights just flashing, waiting for a connection, youve obviously done something at your end, or your working on something and not telling anyone as usuall, please force a resync, serial 40120952375.

Ours is down too, called Vodafone and apparently I need to call my broadband provider about it!! There is nothing wrong with our broadband, it is working perfectly!! Sort it out Vodafone, we don't pay you money to not be able to use our phones!!

Hhhmm, i just reset mine, it did the first few mins before it turns off, now when it comes back on it flashes a bit, then the lights freeze and it switches off again, in loop. EDIT: Ok another reset as solved that issue, now back to waiting for a connection.

My vss is now fast flashing the 2 white lights, eventually it will freeze, turn off and start all over again, this is after reseting the vss, before, it was slow flashing constant. Oh, wow, its starting up as i type, would you believe it.

i called vod. they told me to take the battery out my phone. i said that is not going to stop the lights flashing like mad on my SS.
got transfered to a technical team, they did the resync.
didn't work.
called back an hour later got transfered to a technical team again and put on hold. after 15 minutes hung up.
got up this morning and it's working.
