Well it worked for a frw days then stopped all of a sudden
and on the advice of the tech team
I Rebooted my router, changed cable, changed ethernet slot, rebooted the sure signal.
made sure the ipsec was ticked and that mtu was at 1500 which they were anyway, nothting other than that.
I paid £100 for this and it should not need me to be a i.t tech to be able to use it.
I live in oxford which should have 3g but for some reason i dont where i am.
This is faulty, please organise me a new one, as I am really fed up now.

Hi Colinoxford,
If your ISP can't advise of any firewall or restrictions, then you can arrange a repair for your unit. There are more details on how to raise a repair here.
I'd highly recommend testing the Sure Signal on an alternative internet connection for an hour or so first though if you get chance. This will help rule out a fault with your unit and arranging a repair needlessly if it is actually down to your home connection.
Cheers, Ben
