Sure Signal v3 problem

I have a sure signal v3 providing no signal. The power light is on. lights 2 and 3 are off - light 4 (in use) is solid amber. I have reset it / turned it off etc and left it over 6 hours but no change. It has been registered and working fine before

Thanks for providing this information. Your download speed is very low which could be affecting your Sure Signal being able to run at full capacity. You'll need to speak to your Internet service provider regarding this. 

 

Everything else seems fine on our end. Please try connecting your Sure Signal in another location, such as a friend or family member's house. You’ll need to leave it connected for at least 24 hours.

 

We'll then be able to determine if the problems are specific to your location and router or with the Sure Signal itself.
