for no reason my sure signal v3 has stopped working.
the red light and 1st two white lights are on and solid. i have reset the device, i have registered the device but no joy.
has any one seen this before.
my iphone 6 simply will no longer connect to it. I know i can see a 3g signal fine with my phone and sim as if i drive 15 mins up the road to where there is a signal it works fine.
it must be the sure signal. but i can figure out if its fixable or not

Hi Darren,
This is the correct link to Live chat ..... http://www.vodafone.co.uk/contact-us/index.htm
Just answer 2 simple account questions, then go to the bottom of the page where you will find the Live chat button, they could be busy, so just stay on and it will tell you when to start your chat.
Good Luck.

Hi
This may not be the issue but try turning off 4G in your phones settings to force it onto 3G to see if that helps.
Settings-Mobile Data-Voice & Data.

Hi
Did the unit not come with a quick start guide.
These are meant to be plug and play so I'm not sure if there is a user guide.
May i ask if your experiencing any problems.
