Having spent ages on the phone with Vodaphone they say the reason my sure signal doesn't work is due to my broadband provider & I need to contact them & ask for "the ports & firewall to be opened". Having since spent 48 minutes on the phone to BT they direct me to the smart hub page but don't know what ports need to be opened! I have found on this forum a post with references to ports (10 in total)....I guess these are the port 'start' but what would be the values you put in the "end". Please help if you know what needs to be inputted to set up port forwarding.

@Wichav We recommend speaking with your Internet Service Provider as they'll be able to advise you further with your settings.
They'll be able to assist you with our list of ports that you've mentioned.
