Hi. My sure signal version 3 (like a plug) worked fine but no longer does so. The Blackberry Q10 changes from 1 bar to 4 bars and 1 again as it sits in one place and when the sure signal worked properly I had 5 bars all the time in the house. The red power light is on as are the next two white lights, the phone light (in use light) is dark. I have tried remarrying the phone, I have unpluggedsure signal and replugged in etc but am stuck. How do I get it to work again?

Not_happy_at_al - I'm sorry to hear your Sure Signal is intermittent. So we can troubleshoot this with you, can you take a look at our Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread, and then post back your results if you’re not directed to an existing thread?

i am self employed - I have four accounts with Vodafone and after tonight's call with customer care I now have NO signal on my second phone (which was fine until then and dodgy signal on my main phone.
I cannot run a business like this - I have been with Vodafone loyally since 1985!!! but will probably not be renewing next time either unless someone comes back and sorts this out in the next 48 hours for once and for all.
So much for 'red' care - seems like it is all just self promotion without any backup!
