Sure Signal

We have just replaced our Sure signal 2 with a Sure signal 3. All phones registered on the old sure signal are working on the new one apart from one iphone. We have tried everything we can find on the forum but nothing seems to work. Please help.

@rclsPlease take a look at our Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread, and then post back your results. 

Once you've done this we can help. 

Please try deregistering the mobile number in question through your My Vodafone account and then re registering it.
