texts not coming through on sure signal

Hi

I had a new sim put in my phone when they replaced the phone due to a smashed screen.  Since then, text messages are not coming through when I'm at home where we use sure signal.  I de-registered and re-registered the sure signal as initially I wasn't getting a signal either but that is fixed now.  The messages then all come through when I leave the house and in a good signal area.  Only now and again will the texts come through at home but it seems very sporadic.

Is there a way I can fix this?  I've tried turning the phone on and off etc.
