Please resynch my sure signal 1. It hasn't worked for several days despite a reboot several times. The serial number is 21221062488. the IP address is 86.141.36.34 speed is download:39.9 and upload: 7.94, ping is 22ms and the CMD run is as the attached screenshot

@bobwiffen I can see your Sure Signal hasn't made a connection in a while, therefore I've resycned your device.
It can take up to 6 hours for the Sure Signal to regain connection and to start working again after the resync.
Please let us know if you're still having trouble after this.

Thanks. Do I need to reboot the SS1? It is showing four solid lights right now.

Hi Bob,
If you are still having a problem with your SS1, I would strongly recommend that you replace your power supply, as all 4 lights lit is one of the symptoms of a degraded power supply.
Replacement power supplies can be obtained from Amazon or Ebay and cost around £10-12 inc. delivery.
But firstly, have a look around for a suitable unit with a 12 Volt output @ around 1.5 Amp capacity that you could 'borrow' to prove the fault. Suitable units can be found on external hard drives, monitors, printers, routers etc.etc.

I have just plugged in a new power supply and rebooted. I sometimes have all four lights, then maybe lights 1 &2 then also no 4 flashing.
Lets see now.

Can I get a re-synch too please. Tried resetting several times and lights 1 is solid, occasionally 2 as well then 2 and 4 flash. Thanks.

Your symptoms also add up to a degraded power supply.
Please follow my suggestions to in message 4.
It's unlikely that you'll require a re-sync, but try a new power unit first.

@jonparker29 I've resynced your Sure Signal as requested, as I can see the device hadn't made contact with us for a while.
Please allow up to 6 hours for the Sure Signal to regain service. You'll need to restart your phone also.
If you're still having trouble after this, kindly try what @cineriv has instructed you to do.
Let us know how you get on.
