Sure signal 1 still not working

Hi,
My sure signal has not been working for nearly a week now. The 4th light is flashing.
I have done all the resetting I can do.
Is there still a problem your end ?
I'm In the sticks and really need it working.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Never had a problem before.
Only started playing up since you've had a problem your end.

I have been reading a lot of the threads and it appears no one is giving a true answer to what has happened.
