VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.

Tried many many many things including creating a Router DMZ, changing DNS, changing SS, resetting etc but nothing worked.
The Router is an Asus RT-AC88U (running latest RT-AC88U_3.0.0.4_384_10007-g8e859e9 firmware)
It had worked fine since new over a year or so ago.
BUT
Finally I tried manually opening up 'Port Forwarding' for following ports
8 TCP UDP
50 TCP UDP
53 TCP UDP
67 UDP
68 UDP
123 UDP
500 UDP
1723 TCP UDP
4500 UDP
33434 - 33445 UDP
Now works fine again.
Why DMZ did not work? - this was my first solution 4 days ago???????????
Why did this issue all of a sudden start?
Who knows?
But opening ports manually was the solution!
