Sure signal not recognising new phone

I have just upgraded my phone from an iPhone 5 to an iPhone 6 this afternoon.

After setting it up and restoring all data on the phone, I still have no reception (in my house) because Sure Signal is not picking me up.

I cannot remove myself as a user because the sure signal is registered under my phone number.

Can you kindly advise how I can get this reconnected to Sure Signal?

How do I go about getting a reply from the tech team on this issue?

I have no reception and can't make or receive calls since last night.

Hi I'm no expert but I had the same problem, I have just deregistered my sure signal then re registered immediately and within 10 mins I had a full signal Just thought it might be worth you trying to see if it solves your problem too.
