Sure signal not working even after resetting

Help please!

 

I have got used to having to reset the suresignal box every week or so in order to get it to work again. But despite resetting the box numerous times this morning I am still unable to get it back up and running. The power light is constant and the second light is flashing.

 

We have had the box for 1.5 years so do not understand why it has stop working.

Hi @iancooperman

 

If you've had a new SIM, you'll need to remove your number from the Sure Signal. Leave it for six hours and then re-add it.

Had to make one of my other users the owner as I couldn't see how to remove myself, but once done, this did the trick. All working now, thanks Vodafone forum people!

Hello VSS Forum,

My SureSignal v2 has been working well for the past year or so, but then a week ago it's stopped. I've got solid power light but flashing system light. I've reset and left alone for a few days but to no avail, still not establishing a connection.

My serial number is: 40120905134

Can you guys see anything from your side, does it need re-sync'ing(?).

Any help would be much appreciated.
