Sure signal not working for weeks

Hi,

We had a power cut & our sure signal stopped working. This has happened before & we have done a reset & it's worked, however this time nothing has worked. There is an orange flashing light on the unit.

No. 21196889774

Please advise, it's one of the old boxes.
