Hi kevdor40,

Are both of the units on different internet connections?

Have you tried your Sure Signal on the same connection as the working one?

Does this work?

What light sequence do you see when the Sure Signal is switched on?

James

Hi kevdor40,

Did you try it on the same connection as the working one as James mentioned?

Thanks,

Kay

Hi kevdor40,

The IPs and ports should be set automatically, but can you check these in case it didn't happen?

Ports to be open for forwarding on the router:

 - 8

 - 50

 - 123

 - 500

 - 1723

 - 4500

IP ranges to be allowed on the router and firewall:

212.183.133.177-179

212.183.133.181-182

212.183.131.128-191

Also, try switching on Port Clamping in the Home Hub's VPN settings.

Dave

Hi nholbeche,

We’ve all been a newbie in the beginning. :Winking_smiley:

You can see how to set up the port forwarding for your router using the guides here.

Thanks,

Gemma
