Hi kevdor40,
The IPs and ports should be set automatically, but can you check these in case it didn't happen?
Ports to be open for forwarding on the router:
- 8
- 50
- 123
- 500
- 1723
- 4500
IP ranges to be allowed on the router and firewall:
212.183.133.177-179
212.183.133.181-182
212.183.131.128-191
Also, try switching on Port Clamping in the Home Hub's VPN settings.

Hi nholbeche,
We’ve all been a newbie in the beginning.
You can see how to set up the port forwarding for your router using the guides here.
Thanks,
