Hi,
My sure signal is not working it is a sagem ver 1,lights 1,2 & 4 are lit but light 3 does not lit only when i carry out reset.
I have tried reset & deregistering & reregistering with no joy

Hi @suntek
It appears that the latest Firmware hasn’t reached your Vodafone Sure Signal.
I’ve had this sent through again for you.
Please leave the device plugged in and turned on for 24 hours.
As Sukhi has advised before once this time period has elapsed, reset the phone and the Vodafone Sure Signal.

It sounds like the Sure Signal is already registered to a different online account.
Please try to log in to any old My Vodafone accounts you may have had.
If you're still having issues then please speak to our Live help team.

I tried the only other (very old) account I had at one time. Refused login as invalid.
I'll try phohing again, but after 15 minutes yesterday waiting foir a technician I gave up. I'll try next week.

I registered my sure signal recently and all worked brilliantly. Had to unplug it when I was sorting some other things out and now, even after a reset it's not working. Red light flashing a phone using sure signal light on but no other lights and my phone isn't registering.

My Sure Signal v3 has stopped connecting to my iphone 5s.
It connects to my husbands but after reseting several times it still won't pick mine up. It has been like this for over a week.

@rachevs – Please check your 3G is turned in your settings menu.
If it’s still not working, try adding and then removing your number from your Sure Signal account.

Thanks, we have sorted now. After reseting the SS it meant that my number had to be re registered. Working ok now. x

This is getting silly. I followed your instructions detailed in the Private Message. I got a response by emais:
"We don’t use this email address anymore, so our advisers won’t get your message. Don’t worry, you can chat to an adviser online instead – they’re available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.". This was followed by all the details I had entered as requested into the form you asked me to fill in.
Come on Vodafone, sort this out. I cannot afford to spend hours holding on to a continually busy customer service phone line.
Judging by early exchanges on this topic, this keeps happening to people over and over again. WHat more information can I give you over the phone than I have already?

Just a constant flashing circular light ( next to power light )
