Hi my sure signal has stopped working for the last 2 months. No issues prior to that .I have done a reset and the manual firmware update routine. Still no joy. I see from other posts you require the info below to help resolve:

I can see the latest software hasn't updated automatically for your unit. I'm going to push it down for you manually but I'll need you to keep the Sure Signal connected for the next 24 hours.
After this point, reset your phones and router and you'll see the service return within an hour.
