Hi everybody,
Does anyone have ongoing problems with their sure signal ? I have been on chat 9 times in the last 9 days, but none of the attempts to fix it have worked. It is a version 3, and all three lights are on and steady. But my phone will not connect to 3G via the sure signal box. The latest problem to be identified apparently is a fault affecting sure signal in my area. Does anybody else have a problem that has been attributed to a system fault ?

Changing the ethernet cable has made no difference, so I will try the box connected to a different ISP in the next day or so. For your informatiion, my ISP is Plusnet, at least for the next 13 days, when I am changing. Thanks Rahim.

OK so I have tried the Sure Signal box at another premises using a different ISP (broadband speed 34.95 Mbps and ping 34ms), and it did not work. Same problem, red light and two white lights, all steady. But no 3G connection to phone. I wonder if Vodafone will finally accept that it is faulty ? It is now two weeks since it stopped working, so I now have a device that does not work that cost me GBP100.

Yesterday, I was connected to the Sure Signal tech team who achieved what I thought was never going to happen. They downloaded new software to the box and I now have a fully functional Sure Signal box again. Many thanks to to that team.

A few months back we went a week without any vf connections due to SS going down and SS is the only way VF will work at our location, this instance resulted in our landline bill being double that month, as well as still having to pay VF for the privalege of 2 mobiles that couldn't be used.
We have been experiencing ever increasing periods of outage this week, to a rediculous 5 hours today. Can you please therefore investigate our results and ensure any fixes that must be made are made.

@pnash I've checked your Sure Signal via the serial number you gave and can see it recently updated on our system (13 June), meaning it's attempted to make connection.
Please can you let us know if you're still having trouble?
If you are, please let us know which version Sure Signal you have, as well as letting us know the light sequence on the device.
