Sure Signal V2 Port 123

I have a Netgear WNDR 3700 v4 router and it won't let me open Port 123 for my Sure Signal. I can open Ports 8, 50, 500, 1723 and 4500 but 123. Netgear haven't been much help. What impact will it have on my SS if i can't open Port 123?
