Hi Guys,

Everything looks fine with the tests that you’ve done.

Are you aware of any updates being done by BT?

Also, which Home Hubs are you using?

In the meantime, I’ve also re-synced both of the Sure Signals.

James

Hello James, thanks for reply.  Mine is plusnet Gateway.  We had our power off yesterday - it doesnt usually mess it up though.  The first thing we found though, as nothing worked on it last night, was the adaptor had no power.  So now we have one of those universal adaptors and it's on.  I've reset it (again) and the 2 white lights are either flashing and then they go constant.  Then they both go off....  That's when I reset it again.  Maybe I'm not waiting long enough?

Thanks,

Alison

Hello again - 40 minutes later and the power light is on and the other two white lights are still flashing.

Can you throw any light on this please?

Thanks,

Alison

Hi James

That's mine going again. I reset, made no difference, so I turned the power off, waited 5 minutes, reset and it's connecting fine now. I appreciate the help, thanks

Hi,

@Alison – I can see your Sure Signal made contact with the network at 09:43pm yesterday.

Please could you confirm if everything’s now up and running?

@Ishbel – Thanks for letting us know. :Smiling:

Thanks,

Gemma

Hello Gemma,

Well, that's weird!  I left it on all night after I'd re-set it for the umpteenth time.  It was doing all different flashings and even all lights were solid for a long time.  This morning, all lights are off and even the power light is off.  I guess that's it?

Thanks,

Alison
