Your speed test results from here.
Your ping test results from here.
Your external IP address from here.
The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

I've read the posts and there are many reporting similar issues to me. Is this a coincidence?
I can reset the sure signal 2, which is linked to a BT Hub3, and it works for about 24 hrs then reverts to a flashing system light.
Please confirm if this is a vodafone issue and whether it's being addressed

What they are not telling you is that the first two pages on this forum are now filled by people reporting exactly the same issue as you - old and new users alike (myself included). Unfortunately bad timing has meant you are trying to set up your suresignal during a what appears to be an outage in the Vodafone Suresignal network. Vodafone are not saying anything on this forum, but a number of people have reported the help desk as saying there is an outage.
Sorry to be the harbinger of doom!

Vodafone, shame on you! I see no reason to continue with your deplorable service. I'm going elsewhere.
