Sure signal stopped working

Hi I had a 1st generation sure signal box that stopped working two months ago , I bought a brand new latest generation, this worked fine for last 6 weeks but three days ago stopped working ! Done re set all lights show it is working but no joy, I have no signal whatsoever at my house so this is a major problem ? What do u suggest my serial number is 40134907514

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
