Hi.
I trying to to log onto my sure signal account to add a mobile number. Trouble is I can't remember my username or password and the email address that I originally used is no longer active for the recovery email. How can I update the email address?

You may need to liaise with Customer services via 191 or Live Chat due to not being able to remember the primary information and security information.
