Hi my sure signal works when it want sometimes connects to phone then it doesn't worked fine before I went away for a few days now this problem maybe I need a update or something

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Hi john866903,

As the firmware has updated, I'd try repositioning the Sure Signal to another part of your home and testing another Ethernet cable.

Still same just reverts back to as if I've just plugged it in then works for a bit and does same I've about had it with vodafone can't make call from indoors it's like the 80s

I'd recommend testing the Sure Signal at a different location, maybe around a friend’s house. This will help determine where the issue lies.

Ok it's been tested tonight at another address and it does exactly the same please help it's driving me nuts

Hi, I'm having the same problems as John. My stats, below: Download: 64.10mbps Upload: 18.67mbps Ping 19ms; Jitter 1ms IP address: 80.229.157.167 Sure Signal Serial number: 21230494862 traceroute stats in attachment. I have 3 lines with Vodafone, all reliant on the sure signal service, all pointless if it doesn't work. I'm desperate now, been going on since the 18th August, have called customer service on numerous occasions to no avail. I'd be grateful for a fix. Thanks, Kalpesh

Hi folks,

@john866903 - If the Sure Signal doesn't work at another location, then that would point to a fault with your unit.

 

As the warranty expired some time ago, we'll be unable to repair it. However you can purchase a new one here or in store.

 

Kalpesh - I can see your unit updated early yesterday morning. Has this since been sorted?

If not, let me know if you've already tested another Ethernet cable and tried the Sure Signal at a friend or relatives for an hour or so.
