Should add that I've worked my way through the troubleshooting guide.
Any help appreciated.
Thanks

Thanks. I have followed troubleshooting and done factory re-set, etc. As I said before, this used to work just fine and my other SSignal is great, but it just suddenly stopped working. So I would appreciate a re-synch please. Thanks

Hi Ianhbaxter,

Those results all look OK. Not surprising if the other Sure Signal's working, but best to check in case the line was only able to run one box.

I've given it a resync, so please follow these steps for a full reset:

  • Unplug the ethernet cable from the Sure Signal
  • Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports
  • Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds
  • Once the lights come back on, release the button
  • Plug the cable back in
  • Allow around one hour for the Sure Signal to come back online.
