Hi there

It should do as long as the connection you're using is fixed line broadband.

Looking into the device a bit more, it does appear that the router uses the mobile network so it will not work with a SureSignal

Any idea why Vodafone would limit the sure signal to land line connection only. I can't get a lane line broadband connection so this leaves me with mobile signal at all.

@ETSPAUL

The reason it has to be a fixed landline is because there could be too much latency with a mobile connection.

I can understand that bit in 4G im getting a ping of 28ms

Sure Signal’s aren’t supported on a mobile connection.

The Sure Signal does a check against the external IP address of your internet connection (which normally the router will have) to make sure it’s registered in the UK.

As mobile connections use private IP addresses across their network, the Sure Signal wouldn’t be able to verify the external address.

Will I be able to return the sure signal. I only purchased it in 24th December

Yes, you should be able to return it.  Where did you buy it from?  If you bought it instore, take it back there with all the documentation, boxes, etc.

If it was bought online or over the phone, you will need to arrange a return by contacting Customer Services.
