Hi Paul,
As you’ve received the message saying that the PAYG phones can use the Sure Signal, then there shouldn’t be an issue.
Check your admin panel to make sure that all the numbers are showing on your Sure Signal users list.
If they are then I’d recommend a reset if the unit.
To do this:-
