General advice after performing a sim swap from the Tech Team is to de register the number for 24 hours and then re register after that period of time.

When I say sim was replaced ....number remains the same just sim was faulty!!

Yes that's a sim swap where Vodafone move the mobile number and tariff from one SIM card to another.
