Last Thursday  My electrics bleww and after many tests discovered it was my sure signal; I immediately went on line for advise only to be told Iwould need to take it to the shop. As i live out in the country  I wasn't able to get to the shop until Saturday after queueing for some time they looked at me and said what can we do it's conected to your internet !! We eventually decided it was dead as over a year old I would buy a new one, give reassurance that the new ones are even better. I got it home and then tried to register it NO can't get into my account NO SIGNAL and the security is text to you so did on line chat. Eventually got it registered and was told my connection would be priority because of it being a replacement. Sunday no change in status so contact again advised to be patient, Monday contact again told it is not registered properly but is now press reset button and it will be on soon. Tuesday now have red flashing 2 solid orange decided this time to phone obviously had to use land line. Went through it all again confirmed address etc told to press reset button will be on soon!!!!!!!! Today no change so phone again now told there is a technical problem I must be one of those effected. What why wasn't I told this before ! the only way I get a signal is I stand on the bed on one leg with my arm in the air !! and then it doesn't last. Vodafone is supposed to be the best in the country is this how you treat your customers so i Contacted complaints they can't deal with Sure Signal God I wish I didn't have a 2 year contract

Hi

If the Sure Signal failed after 12 months it should have been replaced as it's covered by a 24 month warranty.

If a stores not local then Live chat or customer service can arrange a returns bag.

I have seen other posts advising that a registration issue seems to exist.

I hope this is resolved asap for you.

Regarding the failed sure signal if you still have it if this was my situation I'd be pushing for a refund of the one you've just paid out for.

I'd certainly be asking a few questions.

Report this to the BBC Watchdog programme and demand a refund.

SureSignal carry TWO YEAR WARRANTY and whoever told you otherwise in store has denied you your statutory rights.

Which store was this?
