Had no signal now for almost a month first it was reset your box then there is a problem with virgin we are working on it. Come on guys how long does it take then I ring up again on Tuesday the 7th get told to reset and again still not working ring up again they say reset it I told them I've this time and time again then to be told you box must be broken go buy another one. Not a happy bunny now so I ask to speak to someone else to get put through to every department accept the one I want. Not happy at all with the way I have been treated. Has anyone else is sure signal been corrected yet.

Please go through the Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread as this may help you to resolve your issue.  It has links to the key things you can do to try and resolve the issue you are experiencing

Please do go through the Troubleshooting link and tips and post your trace as indicated. The Vodafone Tech Teams here then can take a look for you. 

 

Sometimes de registering, waiting 24 hours and then re registering helps. 

 

To note -> the Sure Signal has a 24 month warranty. 

 

I hope all is resolved soon for you.

My sure signal box still has the lights flashing so no signal in my house for over a month does anyone know if they sorted the problem out with virgin rang so many times they just tell me to re set the box it will be fine ( no it won't ) no one seems to want to help very disappointed with Vodafone

I had hoped from your previous thread http://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Vodafone-Sure-Signal/Sure-signal/m-p/2456076 that this had been resolved for you. 

 

From reading some of the posts on the Sure Signal having issues connecting to Virgin their have been quite a few people affected. 

 

This recent forum announcement was released in general terms for the Sure Signal Device.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
