Hello.

 

 

May I welcome you to the eforum. 

 

I've read from previous posts from the Tech Team that if you de register your number for 24 hours and then re register and turn your phone off and on this can sometimes resolve the issue.

Customer service support-> Call 03333 040 191 then take option 2 three times and finally option 5 – straight to the Sure Signal team.

Please take a look at our Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread. If this doesn’t resolve your query, please post your reply either below, or in the relevant thread, together with the details requested, including the following information:

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • The Sure Signal Serial number

 

  • The lights you're seeing on the Sure Signal

 

  • The results of a traceroute

 

 

VSS Traceroute command

 

 

 

 

    • On a PC:

 

    • Click on Start and select Run

 

    • Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

 

    • A black box will appear

 

    • In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

 

    • Paste the output of this command into your reply

 

 

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
