Another sure signal problem. Having had VF register the sure signal I just cannot locate any menu that allows me to add numbers to my SS. I've dropped down every menu and trolled through all my account setting but still can't locate the SS menu that has been mentioned on other community comments/answers or the VF video. This is so frustrating. I wish I hadn't gone with VF now. Any help out there please?

Log in to My Vodafone using Account Settings from the drop down. That should show you a Manage your account page. On the left hand side is a column of tabs, the bottom one should be Sure signal. Click that and you can manage users.

Thank you for your reply. In practice that is the same as what Vodafone are telling me but there is no such tab in my menu so no way of getting into sure signal. The only way I could register my new SS was once again to chat to VF and get then to register it for me. As a result my mobile works fine now but my wife's phone still gets no signal. I'm going to go back to VF and get a rep to add her number too. This SS business is really unprofessional by VF and clearly the sign in and system for customers is not fit for purpose. I wish I'd just gone with another company but at the time only VF had this booster system. Thank you again for you reply.

Further to a 4th chat to VF the assistant did add a second number to my SS account. I still don't have a 'manage SS' tab in my account settings. However it is believed it is a technical problem but the assistantant said that in 5 mins he/she would have resolved the problem so I can see the tab and add further numbers. I can only hope with a very mild expectation that it will happen. Sigh!!

Well, I've given up with VF. The last chat assistant said that they would 'in five miniutes' add an SS tab to the account settings. That was eight hours ago so I've gone back in and yes, once again, there's no SS tab there. What the heck is going on. I'd rather someone said that they can't do it than keep saying they can. Service now has gone down to abysmal from pretty pathetic. The chat assistants are very polite and appear to be making an effort but clearly they aren't up to the task.

Sorry to hear the tab hasn't been added as of yet.
This may be something that can take a few days to get added to your account. The team seem to have acknowledged the issue and are attempting to get this resolved.

What are all the options you have in the column on the left of the first screen after you sign in? The column is under the Hello Name heading and on mine starts with Account summary, followed by Bundle usage, followed by Billing etc

If the tab doesn't appear after doing this, please try an alternative browser.
