Another sure signal problem. Having had VF register the sure signal I just cannot locate any menu that allows me to add numbers to my SS. I've dropped down every menu and trolled through all my account setting but still can't locate the SS menu that has been mentioned on other community comments/answers or the VF video. This is so frustrating. I wish I hadn't gone with VF now. Any help out there please?

Sorry but I'm not wasting any more of my time on this. If I need to add a further mobile number I shall simply go direct to VF and get them to add it on for me. It's poor show all round. If I hadn't received a new SS plug I would have purchased phones from another compant.

Can an admin explain how the Vodafone customer home page knows that a customer has a sure signal so that it adds this link (I think that tab is the wrong word because it's just a hyperlink)? Vodafone don't register the sure signal at the point of sale and it is possible to buy from other sellers. In the instructions for the sure signal, it says that the sure signal will only work when it has been registered and the way to do that is through the website so the link must be there by default. It may be difficult to find but it surely must be there and can't be something that is added to one's home page on demand. If so, could a screen print or two be posted here with the links highlighted so that other people know where to find the links?

@TimGriff6 I'll raise the points you've made and have someone look into this Hopefully it's something we could add in the near future. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
