Hi
Have had a SureSignal V3 for about 20 months, been working with no problems until Tues of this week. Nothing has changed, my phone is the same, sim card the same, SureSignal the same, ISP hasn't changed, Router is the same - nothing has changed.
Light Sequence = 1-Solid Red / 2-On / 3-On / 4-Off
Speed Test Result - 14ms Ping/DL = 32.35 Mbps/UL = 8.68 Mbps
External IP Addr = 94.192.40.169
Serial Number = 42150982223
I have powered off/on several times, I have moved my sim card to a differnet mobile, confirmed both are set to 3G all to no avail.
I phoned Voda earlier and the lady said my SS had connected on the 30/11 and to leave it for a few hours. No change.
Has something happened earlier this week? Is it now fixed? I need my phone for work and am now uncontactable as I live in a poor signal area. I need help desperately
