My brand new replacement suresignal stopped working after a few days.
I've rung and rung and rung and rung vodafone over and over and over again. No one seems to be able to sort it out - feeling extremely frustrated at the waste of my time and lack of support.
The power light is solid and the 2nd (world light) is white and flashes on and off slowly. Please please please can someone here do what Vodafone support can't?

Sorry to read that your sure signal has developed some issues.
This eforum is owned and monitored by Vodafone U.K. We have members of the Vodafone Tech Team who are available to respond and Help where they can. They have the Vodafone logo next to their name. All posts are read by them.
Hang in there and I'm sure they'll be in touch.
The Sure Signal has a 24 month warranty and if something goes wrong before / change your mind 30 days of owner ship then you can simply return it for another or refund.

As i've said already have rung for assistance 10 or more times, absolutely hopeless....... Please can someone on here help me before i loose my mind?

So that we can get you the quickest possible resolution please could you provide us with the following information;
Your speed test results from here.
Your ping test results from here.
Your external IP address from here.
The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

I de registered the suresignal and re registered it to see if this would help and my account now say the suresignal is pending active.
