My brand new replacement suresignal stopped working after a few days.
I've rung and rung and rung and rung vodafone over and over and over again. No one seems to be able to sort it out - feeling extremely frustrated at the waste of my time and lack of support.
The power light is solid and the 2nd (world light) is white and flashes on and off slowly. Please please please can someone here do what Vodafone support can't?

Thank you. I've thrown the old unit out. But yes all lights including power were out so I suspect a burn out. I'm going to ask them to replace my new unit as it's just not working.
Yet again they escalated my case and promised to call within 72 hours. Guess what NO CALL........
vodafone suresignal team are a waste of breath!
can you tell that I'm totally cheesed off?

@gillydent Sorry to hear about your experience with your Vodafone Sure Signal.
Please can you test your device at a different location? So we're able to rule out the issue being linked with your ISP (internet service provider).
If you could also please test your device with a different ethernet cable if possible?

I have a problem with my Sure Signal box too. They sent me a new one but it won't register and the customer support is shocking. I will be leaving Vodafone at my next renewal

My Replacement Sure Signal3 stopped working last night, having worked for nearly a month solid. Now getting a red flashing light and the last to icons solid orange. SN 42163167622
I have reset both router and Sure signal, but no change.

On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

As requested. Just to remind you that the sure signal stopped wrking, nothing was changed, unplugged etc. I have reset both the computer, suresignal and router. Broadband working fine.
