My brand new replacement suresignal stopped working after a few days.
I've rung and rung and rung and rung vodafone over and over and over again. No one seems to be able to sort it out - feeling extremely frustrated at the waste of my time and lack of support.
The power light is solid and the 2nd (world light) is white and flashes on and off slowly. Please please please can someone here do what Vodafone support can't?

@Tag1956 As you're unable to test your Sure Signal at a different location, please can you ensure that your router is set up to allow port-forwarding.

Reported a fault on my sure signal on the 4th of November, but it's still not working. This is very frustrating as I have no mobile service at home.
Come on Vodafone, please fix this problem.

or any other thread at the moment, sounds like its carnage, this whole thing will implode if someone doesnt take some sort of control and issue some clear comms.
