SureSignal V3 not connecting to phone for several days now...please help!

Hi,

 

The suresignal appears to be connected (red power light solid + two white solid lights for internet and service) but the phone (iphone 6S running IOS 10.0.2) will not connect to it for several days now.

 

Have tried resetting several times, turning phone on/off several times...but no luck.

Yes, still having problems. It appears from the lights that we are seeing that it's communicating with you but phones cannot connect to it, as previously explained.

 

I have now managed to run a tracert with the following results:

I have also run the tracert from my own, known normally working network, and received timeouts a similar distance through the process.

 

Please investigate and tell me what can be done to make the device work, at the moment Vodafone mobiles are useless to my client when in their office.

We've had some news today that the Sure Signal connectivity issue has been fixed.

 

If it's not updated automatically, please deregister then re-register your Sure Signal and allow 24 hours for the settings to refresh.

Can you give me some idea what the problem was that you think is fixed?

 

Does the device itself need to be reset or restarted?

 

I will get the device reregistered and report back.

@Timeweasel I've processed a resync of your Sure Signal. Please wait 6 hours before resetting the device.
