Hi there,
My VSS V3 is working fine for my phone (administrator) but not for my wife's phone. In fact we changed her phone to one with wifi calling (from Vodafone shop) but that can't get an signal from the suresignal either. I've removed and re-entered her number from the suresignal registrattion without any luck. The phone works fine when in a normal vodafone signal area.
I think I need a resync?

Hi
If for example a sim swap has been processed then it's recommended to de register the number for 24 hours and then re register the number.
In the phones settings try toggling off 4g to force it onto 3g which is what the Sure Signal pushes out.
