Once again for perhaps the tenth time this summer, my SS box (original, 14 months old) has dropped out completely. This posting proves that my broadband signal is fine, It had been down since 1pm and it is nearly midnight now.
Often on a Saturday it fails for the whole day.
The system is SO unreliable it is worse than useless!
I will soon go back to O2 with no 3G or signal downstairs, but at least I will get reliable texts.
Has anyone any ideas??

Hi pryland,
I'm sorry for not explaining this.
Every day the Sure Signal will connect to the server to confirm it is still connected and download or update the profile.
If the Sure signal isn’t connecting to the server, it usually means that it can’t establish a VPN connection and it can’t work without this.

Can I request that ONE tech person deals with my case instead of multiple people at random?
What I need is one person to deal with this by email not this crazy forum blog.
Please can I have this?
