Hi
My partner changed her sim recently on recommendation by vodafone, we now cant get it to work on the Sure signal.
Iv been through as many of the suggestions on the forums, but nothing has worked, my partner even phoned vodafone today and they apparently re-set the sure signal box. My phone works fine, no matter what i do, her phone was working fine before the sim change so it must vodafones end.
Any last resorts for me to try before i cancel the contracts and go EE?

May I ask was one of the suggestions to de register your partners Vodafone mobile number for 24 hours and then after 24 hours re register, and soft reboot the phone by turning it Off And On.
