Box one month old. Been working fine. Not working today, just like the other 2 posts to this forum today

Flashing red power light.
Globe light starts out white flashing, then goes off and the network and in use lights both then go steady orange.
Have reset both the router and the Sure Signal. Have disconnected all other devices from the network. Have tried a new ethernet cable to a different socket. None of these made any difference.
I'd appreciate some help today and BEFORE the problem mysteriously resolves itself which is what normally happens on this forum. And as two others have resported the exact same issue, I'd suggest you've got an outage or database error somewhere.
