USB Mobile Broadband

I'm trying to use the "My Account" section of the vodafone website to top up my USB . There is no mention of a vodafone K3565 TopUp and Go mobile broadband USB dongle. I have registered with "My Account" and that seems to be ok. Can you advise on the Top Up procedure?

Hi dbee,

It's very simple, you just need to add the number you wish to top up and away you go. I don't believe you need to enter your device's details.

When I am logged into MY ACCOUNT I don't seem to get any option to enter any number. Am I supposed to register for "pay as you talk services online" ? If so, I keep getting an error message (We are unable to fufill your request due to a temporary problem at our end....) when I attempt to put in a 4 digit PIN number. Any suggestions?
