Unable to register on website "Sorry - there seems to be a problem... Our techs are working on it ....pop back later (1d2). Two weeks of trying and no progress. Tried the Chat Line, some operators couldn't do anything, a couple of operators said that it was now registered but it wasn't. And one operator said that he was unable to register it for me because the website was down and it said the same message as above. Tried the phone on 03333040191. Using the options as described in the forum but that didn't get me to the Sure Signal team. Tried using the options as I thought was intelligent and that failed to get anywhere. This is costing me 25p everytime as I can't use the cellphone 191 as our signal is so poor here. Hence the need to have a Sure Signal or perhaps move to EE and use their app. Reading about the sure signal team updating the software to version one and other possible issues I could do with a contact with someone who knows what they are doing and are able to resolve this issue. Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
